Ministry Portal Agreement

Version 2026-10-v1. Last updated: October 3, 2026.

Firestarters is a service operated by Aeriox, LLC (“Aeriox”, “we”, “us”). Churches, ministries and artists can run their own page on Firestarters through the Ministry Portal. In this Agreement, “the ministry” means the church, ministry or artist whose page you manage, and “you” means the person accepting it. You accept it for the ministry when you claim its page or first open its page’s console, and it applies to everything added to that page while you are on its team.

What you agree to

  1. You can act for this ministry. You are authorized to manage this page for the church, ministry or artist it names, and to accept this Agreement on its behalf.
  2. The ministry has the rights to what it adds. The ministry owns, or has permission to use, everything it adds through the portal: videos, music, photos, logos, words and event details.
  3. What you add belongs to the ministry. Content you add for the ministry belongs to the ministry, not to you personally. It stays on the ministry's page if you leave its team or delete your Firestarters account.
  4. Firestarters may show it. The ministry gives Aeriox, LLC, which runs Firestarters, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, show and share that content on firestarters.us and in the Firestarters apps, and to use it to point people to the ministry's page. The ministry keeps ownership. The license for an item ends when the item is removed, except for copies we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
  5. Takedowns apply. We may remove anything that breaks our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or that someone shows us they own through a copyright (DMCA) notice. If a page repeatedly posts content that infringes copyright, we may remove its owners and hold the page.
  6. People in your videos. Anyone a photo or video features — interviewed, telling a testimony, or shown as its focus — agreed to appear in it. People who simply appear in a public crowd or in the background don't need individual permission, but we'll remove or blur anyone who asks. A child is featured, or shares a testimony, only with a parent's or guardian's consent, which the ministry records when it adds the item; children go by first name only, never with their school or hometown, and a parent can have the item removed at any time.

Our other terms still apply

This Agreement adds to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, which apply to you as a member. Where this Agreement is more specific about content added for a ministry, this Agreement applies.

The record we keep

When you accept, we record the ministry, this version, the date, and your name and role on the ministry’s team. That record is the ministry’s proof of its rights, so it can’t be changed or deleted, and we keep it after you delete your account, with your name and role as they were when you accepted; your account is unlinked from it. You can download your own records from Settings → Download your data.

Changes

If we change this Agreement, we will ask everyone on the ministry’s team to accept the new version before they keep working on its page.
