Terms of Service & EULA

Firestarters is a service operated by Aeriox, LLC (“Aeriox”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (also serving as our End User License Agreement, or “EULA”) govern your use of Firestarters. By creating an account or using Firestarters, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Firestarters. Members 13–17 are subject to additional protections (see the Privacy Policy and our minor-safety practices). You’re responsible for your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

Firestarters has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the Service, you agree that you will not post, upload, share, or transmit content that is objectionable or abusive — including harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, violence, sexual content, child sexual abuse material, spam, scams, impersonation, doxxing, or anything illegal.

You further agree that there is no tolerance for abusive behavior toward other users. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content that violates these Terms and suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who post such content or who abuse others. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and act on them (including removing the content and ejecting the offending user) within 24 hours where practicable.

Reporting and blocking

Firestarters provides in-app tools so you can protect yourself and flag problems:

• Report — every post, comment, message, and profile can be reported in-app for review by our moderation team.
• Block — you can block any user in-app to stop them from contacting you or seeing your activity.
• Mute — you can mute users to remove their content from your view without notifying them.

Reports are reviewed and acted upon. Filing a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, but every report is assessed against these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Your content

You own what you post. You grant Firestarters a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and promote the Service to your chosen audience. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies others already shared or that we must retain for legal or safety reasons. Public testimonies are reviewed before they appear; you affirm your testimony is truthful. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate, sexual content, threats or violence, child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance), spam or scams, impersonation, doxxing, illegal activity, reverse-engineering or interfering with the Service, and circumventing safety controls.

Safety & moderation

We provide block, mute, and reporting tools and a proportionate moderation process (notice → removal → suspension → ban, with appeals for most actions). Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats, grooming) result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.

Giving / donations

When giving is enabled, donations are processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). Firestarters facilitates giving to vetted recipients and acts as a conduit. Tax-deductibility depends on the recipient’s status, not Firestarters’. Receipts are provided; consult a tax professional. Recurring gifts can be canceled any time.

Spiritual content disclaimer

Content shared by members is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or, in the US, dial or text 988.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account), which removes your profile and personal content as described in the Privacy Policy (a copy/export of your data is available on request). We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

Other terms

• Intellectual property: the Service and original content are owned by Firestarters or its licensors; report infringement with valid DMCA details.
• Disclaimers: the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind; liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Aeriox, LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
• Apple App Store: if you obtained the app via Apple, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these Terms against you.
• Changes: we may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
