Common questions

• Account & sign-in: you can sign in with email, Apple, or Google. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to reset by email.
• Deleting your account: in the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web go to Settings. Deletion is immediate and removes your content from the platform. firestarters.us/delete-account has every option and what is deleted.
• Reporting content or people: every post and profile has a menu with Report, Block, and Mute. Reports go straight to our moderation team.
• Location & privacy: location features are opt-in, and the locations other members see are rounded to broad areas for safety, unless you choose to show a map pin’s exact spot on the website. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
• Events & tickets: event details come from the organizer. If something looks wrong, use the report option or email us.

Safety

If you see something that puts anyone at risk, report it in the app and email support@firestarters.us with “SAFETY” in the subject line — those go to the front of the queue.
